Stated Deacons and Session Meeting will be held on Monday, April 14 at 7:00 pm.

Circle will be held on Monday, April 14 at 9:30 am.  Sheryl Myers will give the devotion.

Easter Lilies--Its is time to order lilies for Easter.  Please call Scott Rhines at 363-6966 or if your prefer to provide your own lilies, please contact Lyn Arnold at 519-4273 with your information.  The deadline is Thursday, April 17.

Ladies:  The Women of the Church officers have cleaned up the kitchen and re-organized the cabinets.  The result is there are several casserole dishes, pottery, vases, and other items that have been left over the years.  Please check the kitchen to see if any of these items belong to you.  Items remaining after a week will be donated or discarded.  THANK YOU!

Snacks needed: Catechism Kids has started back and will meet until spring break.  Thank you to everyone who donated last semester!  Anyone willing to donate snacks this semester, please drop them off in the church kitchen.

Ladies Morning Bible Study is being held on Wednesdays @ 9:30 am in the church parlor.  The study is "No Other God" by Kelly Mintor.  A nursery will be provided.  Please contact Diane Eubanks if you are interested.

Ladies Night Time Bible Study will begin Thursday, Feb 6 @5:30 pm at the Manse.  Get your book from Dixie this week and read the introduction for Thursday night.


The Flower Calendar and Bingo Schedule have been posted on the bulletin board if you need to check your dates.

Circle will meet Monday, Feb 10 @ 9:30 am in the Church Parlor.  Cecelia will present  the devotional and Corneil is the hostess.

Deadline for $350 deposit for your Honduran Mission Trip (May 24-31) is Wednesday, February 26.  Make out a check to Tunica Presbyterian Church (covers food and travel while in Honduras).  Airline Tickets ($600-$800) from Memphis to San Pedro Sula will be purchased ASAP to get the best group rate.  We will be teaming up with Lifepoint Baptist Church in Tunica, Westminster Pres in Laurel, and First Pres in Covington, TN.  Our VBS will be the same curriculum we are using at TA for Hope for Kids and we plan to have VBS sessions in Honduras the mornings and afternoons.  Come join God in HIs exciting work in Honduras and help Ricardo Green plant an EPC church.

On Sunday, July 14 our elders will lay hands on Rev Ricardo Green to commission him as an
evangelist to plant an EPC church at the Rosa Adelina mission center in the mountains in Yaramanguila, Honduras.  He has had an average of about 15 Hondurans
coming to bible study and worship for the last two weeks.  Please be praying for this important ministry.  We will be taking an offering for Ricardo's mission work.

Ladies!  Save the date--Saturday, May 4 @ 10:30 am is our Ladies Day.  We will meet at Diane Eubanks' home and our guest speaker is Marni Shideler McKenzie.  Marni attended the University of Mississippi as a Carrier Scholar and received B.A. and M.A. degrees in English.  While in college, Marni accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and immediately began to study the Bible carefully.  In 1974, Marni married William H. McKenzie III.  She taught high school English before the birth of their first child and has used her time ever since to organize, write, and teach Bible study classes for adults and children.  Marni has been a teaching-leader Explorer's Bible Study since 1979, teaching trhee classes weekly and producing videos for classes.  Marni and Bill make their home in Batesville, MS where Bill is an attorney in private practice.  His continual help, encouragement, and provision have freed Marni to teach and write for Explorer's all these years.  They have three children and six grandchildren.  Please mark your calendar for May 4 as a special day to enjoy with friends.
